The Board is responsible for defining and maintaining the strategic direction of UNdress. Composed of the heads of each section, it ensures that decisions are aligned with the project’s long-term goals and values. Through collective planning, reflection, and coordination, the Board strengthens collaboration between teams and provides guidance to help the community grow in a sustainable and meaningful way.​
