The Project Heads’ primary goal is to ensure that the project operates efficiently, coherently, and in line with its vision. They coordinate all teams, supervise progress across departments, and ensure that deadlines are respected. A key part of their role is to foster collaboration within the UNdress community, by organizing meetings, facilitating communication, and supporting team members when challenges arise.
